How you get paid. You collect the full job price from the customer on the day. Every evening at 8pm we total the commission on whatever you completed that day and send you a payment link by text and email. It is payable within 48 hours of the clean being completed. Nothing is due on jobs that were cancelled or that you never took.

What we expect
Short and stated up front, so there are no surprises later.

Only accept what you can do
Jobs are first-to-accept. Take one and the customer is told you're coming, so only accept slots you can genuinely make.

Tell us early if things change
Hand the job back from your dashboard and it goes straight to another cleaner. Drops inside 24 hours are recorded, and 3 of them in 90 days means a conversation.

Never leave a customer waiting
If you can't make it, hand the job back — even an hour before. Running late is recoverable; not turning up at all is not. A no-show means suspension, not a warning.

Honour the price
The customer has been given a fixed price with no home visit. Charging extra on the doorstep breaks the promise the whole thing is built on.

Keep your insurance current
Public liability cover has to stay valid. We'll ask before it expires.

Collect the full amount
Take the whole price from the customer on the day. Commission is invoiced separately, never deducted at your end.

Work the slot the customer chose
The customer picks their own date and half-day when they book. That is the appointment you are accepting — it is not an opening position to negotiate when you ring them.

The customer is ours, not the job's
Customers booked through Fresh For Less stay Fresh For Less customers. Taking repeat or referred work from them off the platform, or passing them your own details to book direct, ends the arrangement.

The booking is on our terms
The customer agrees Fresh For Less Carpet Cleaning's terms and conditions when they book, and those are the terms the job runs on — the price, the cancellation window and the guarantee.
What we don't promise. There is no guaranteed amount of work in any postcode. Jobs only exist when a customer books one, so what reaches you depends on demand where you are — it might be several in a week, or none. This is meant for filling the gaps in your diary, not for replacing the work you already have.
We don't charge lead fees or a monthly subscription, so a quiet month costs you nothing — we only make money when you do.
